This year we’ve had the privilege of building alongside our nation’s leading PBMs and Plan Sponsors to operationalize the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan— a new program that allows Part D beneficiaries to spread pharmacy costs over the plan year. Today, the first beneficiaries will opt in.

How to use this new, free program to manage prescription costs over time and better budget for future payments

New for 2025, the Medicare Prescription Payment Plan is an optional program that allows Medicare beneficiaries with outpatient pharmacy coverage to spread out their prescription drug costs over the remainder of the plan year.
