Today, we’re excited to share that Chris Labrecque has joined our team as Chief Customer Officer, bringing decades of employee benefit advisory experience to help scale our partnerships with employers & benefit consultants.
In 2022, Paytient added hundreds of employer clients, including R.R. Donnelley, Commerce Bank, Hogan, and EquipmentShare. With 30 years of experience as a trusted fiduciary serving mid-market to jumbo employer clients, Chris brings a wealth of experience and an empathetic mindset to the role.

Prior to joining Paytient, Chris was President of the Employee Benefits Group of one of the largest privately held insurance brokerages in America (IOA). Previously, he was co-owner of the Norwood Agency for nearly 20 years. Chris is based in Orlando, Florida.
