Paytient Care gives members 24/7 access to connect with a clinician for quick diagnoses, treatment options, and prescriptions for a variety of health conditions. Paytient Rx is a discount card that can be used to claim significant savings on many popular prescriptions at more than 35,000 pharmacies nationwide.

There is a per-visit fee to connect with a licensed clinician using Paytient Care, but consultations start at less than $30, which members can conveniently pay using their Paytient card. The Paytient Rx discount card is free to use, so you can start saving on prescriptions right away!

Paytient Care and Paytient Rx do not coordinate with insurance, so payments made will not count toward your deductible.

Yes, Paytient Health is only available to eligible Paytient members. You can tell if you’re eligible if you see the Health tab in your Paytient app or web portal.
